  • Order Processing
  • If you placed an order that is being shipped, Orders placed by 1PM Pacific time, M-F, will ship the same day unless itís a holiday.

    If you placed an order for Store Pickup, please allow up to 6 business hours after you place the order before you try to pick up your order at the store.

  • Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order anytime by email or at any of our retail locations. Please email weborder@worknmore.com to cancel your order. Cancellations will be processed M-F, 8-5PM Pacific.

  • Order Status
  • If you placed an order that is being shipped, you may contact us at weborder@worknmore.com to determine the status of your order.  We are available M-F, 8AM to 5PM Pacific time except for holidays.

    If you placed an order for Store Pickup, please contact the email address on the order confirmation. You will be contacted during store hours.

  • Shipping
  • If you placed an order that is being shipped, we will use the shipping method you chose during checkout.  Orders placed by 1PM Pacific time, M-F, will ship the same day unless itís a holiday.

    Free Shipping promotions only apply to orders shipping within the US. Free Shipping promotions only apply to orders placed online.

  • Payment Processing
  • All orders place on worknmore.com paying with a credit card will be charged at completion of the order.
